Cart Shed Policy and Rates

Coles Acres Golf and Grill cart stalls are available to lease for 1 year at a time. The person occupying the stall has first chance to renew. If you wish to vacate the stall for the next season, please contact the shed manager as soon as possible. There is a waiting list for both open stalls and enclosed stalls. If a stall becomes available, the person at the top of the list will have first chance to lease the available stall. Members have first chance at the stall if a non-member is ahead of them on the list. If someone purchases a golf cart already in one of the Cole Acres Golf and Grill stalls, the stall stays with the new owner of the golf cart.

Homeowner Policy
If you live within 1/2 mile of the golf course, the trail is always $100.00.
Just a Reminder
- The use of personal carts on the course is intended for the owner and the owner’s immediate family members only.
- Cart shed rental fees must be paid at the time membership dues are paid.
- No one under the age of 16 will be permitted to drive a golf cart.
